We want to make it easy for you to purchase your gifts online, and we want you to feel that you will find something creative and different for that special person or event every time you visit our website.

DELIVERY FEE
Our delivery fee is set at $10 - anywhere in Australia. For our international customers, we will provide a quote for shipping / delivery before finalising payment.

ORDERS
Our minimum order amount is $10.00.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the items are damaged in any way. please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately.

PRICES
Prices are kept at a reasonable level but can change at any time.
The advertised prices for each item are GST inclusive.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
While we maintain a high level of gift items onsite, there may be times where we experience a delay in receiving the products from our suppliers. If any items in your order are not available or there is a delay , we will contact you and give you more information and if appropriate, an estimated delivery time. We will hold your total order until all the delayed items are available, unless you contact us and make other arrangements for delivery.

PAYMENT
The Black & White Gift Shop uses the following payment methods:
* PayPal
* Direct bank transfer to our bank account.

Our bank account details will be displayed when you check out using shopping cart once you have completed your order.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

RETURNS
We will exchange or make a refund for any item purchased from The Black & White Gift Shop if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
