Q. How do I make an order?

A. When you wish to purchase a gift item, click on 'add to cart'. You can do this as many times as you like and it will show your order in your shopping cart summary.
When you have finished ordering, click on the tab 'Shopping Cart' and it will take you through the process of checking out and paying for your order.
When you check out, it will ask for your address details.
It will ask you for your billing address and also, if required, a delivery address for the gift to go direct to the gift recipient.
It will ask you to select a payment method - PayPal or direct deposit to our account.
Once the payment method has been selected, it will ask you to review your order details.
As a final step, it will then show our bank account details if you selected direct deposit as payment method, or take you to PayPal for payment.

Q. How long before I will receive my order?

A. It takes between 3-10 days to process and deliver the order within Australia, as long as we have the items in stock. We will contact you if there is a delay or a problem with the order.

The Lambada leather handbags can take up to 6 weeks to complete an order. They are handmade using fine leather - a quality product unique in design and well worth waiting for!

Q. Do I pay for delivery?

A. Delivery is just $10.00 within Australia. If placing an order from outside Australia, we will need to provide a quote on shipping / freight charges before finalising your order.

Q. How is my order delivered?

A. We use Star Track Express nationally - they are customer focussed and lead the industry as the express freight and logistics company focussed on the future, with a genuine commitment to superior freight handling facilities.

Q. Is PayPal safe to use?

A. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Q. How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

A. Click on 'Newsletter' at the left of your screen. Add your email details and click on the box 'subscribe to newsletter'. It will add you to our mailing list.
All your information is secure and will not be passed on to anyone.
A newsletter will be emailed to you on a monthly basis giving you advanced notice of our new products and special offers. We will have 12 new products each month, and we will also have some items on sale each month. By subscribing, you will also get to know us a little more...
